Vincent R. Molinari, Chief Executive Officer & Founder

As founder and chief executive officer of GATE Technologies, Vince has been the driving force behind GATE’s mission to create new market infrastructure that brings efficiency, transparency, and liquidity to the unstructured global alternative asset markets. He is responsible for GATE’s strategic planning and business initiatives, including corporate alliances and strategic partnerships. His vision is based on a core belief that actionable knowledge and information drive investments, and that technology can close the gap between traditional and emerging alternative markets, a commitment reflected in the company’s initiatives in Impact Investing and emerging geographies such as India, Brazil, Europe, and Asia.

Vince is also the founder of Global Access Holdings LLC, a financial media and analytics company, which identified a global trend line of illiquid securities and the potential market need for alternative asset trading platforms. Prior to Global Access Holdings, he was chairman & CEO of Burlington Capital Markets LLC, a financial services company specializing in institutional execution services and investment banking activities. In addition, he founded Inculab, a technology business incubator. Mr. Molinari began his career at Lehman Brothers Inc., and has also held senior positions at Janney Montgomery Scott Inc., and Ridgewood Capital. He serves as a board member of Transfer Online Inc. and BigShare Services Pvt., Ltd., and holds a B.B.A. in international business from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

Lori Livingston, Co-Founder

Ms. Livingston is a founder of GATE Technologies and the founder, president and CEO of Transfer Online Inc. and Transfer Online Technology Development. As an entrepreneur who has worked in the financial services industry for over 27 years, Ms. Livingston was integral in identifying the global trend line of illiquid/alternative asset trading platforms. In 1999, she founded Transfer Online, a stock transfer and registrar agency, and was one of the first in the industry to bring transfer agent services and full reporting to the internet. Originally intended for individual issuers and their shareholders, the platform evolved after she was approached by MasterCard International to adapt it to trade their Class B securities held by institutions worldwide. She holds a degree from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated with honors as the Julian Beck scholar.

Joe Latona, Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Latona is responsible for the day to day operations of GATE Impact and the end-to-end development of GATE Impact products. He is an industry leader in the development of electronic trading technology and was recently the head of sales, trading and business development for an electronic trading system focusing on illiquid/alternative assets. Prior to this position, Mr. Latona spent over ten years at Intercapital Securities (a division of ICAP) as Senior Managing Director in charge of all institutional sales and trading. Mr. Latona directly managed the firm's trading desk, sales force and all of the firm's daily operations. Mr. Latona helped build up Intercapital Securities electronic trading platform IAPS to connectivity with over 250 institutions worldwide. IAPS had annual trading volume of over $5 billion in assets and increased market share every year. Mr. Latona holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Monmouth University.

James O’Reilly, President and CEO of GATE US

One of GATE’s founders, Mr. O’Reilly is a founder of GATE is the CEO and president of GATE US LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of GATE Technologies LLC. Mr. O’Reilly brings 20 years of experience in developing, managing and implementing electronic trading platforms. Prior to joining GATE, Mr. O’Reilly was the COO of Global Access Holdings LLC, and before that held a senior management position at Sanford Bernstein & Co., where he helped develop and implement a new OTC trading desk as well as integrate new technologies for institutional equity trading. Mr. O’Reilly began his career at Charles Schwab & Co., where he held a number of positions before becoming a senior trader in the equities division. During his tenure at Schwab he played an active role in the development of the firm’s electronic trading platforms and technology. Mr. O’Reilly holds a B.B.A. in finance with a minor in management from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

N. V. K. Mohan President and CEO of GATE India

Mr. Mohan is a leading entrepreneur in the rapidly expanding Indian financial services market. He founded Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1994 to deliver investor servicing and registrars services, and has been its managing director since inception. Prior to founding Bigshare, Mr. Mohan served as a vice president at Canbank Financial Services Ltd. (CANFINA), where he launched the company’s data processing centre in Mumbai for carrying out registrar and transfer agency activities. As chief executive of CANFINA’s Registrar & Transfer Agency Division, he was responsible for the division’s operations and profitability. Mr. Mohan received a Bachelor of Technology in electronics from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, and a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
